This 45 or 60 minute cardio and strength training class may be low impact, but it is NOT low intensity. Participants will work in progressive cardio intervals which increase/climb in duration, but remain low impact the entire class. You'll be gentle on your joints, but YOU WILL challenge your muscles as you squat low, raise your arms high, and move with weights.
