Jen has been teaching group fitness for 30 years! From Indiana, she has her BS degrees from EMU in Psychology and Child Development. Jen is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer with many specialized certifications including AFAA, PIYO, Pilates Physical Mind, Yoga Essentials and Flexible Strength, Mad Dogg Spinning, Power Pacing, Les Mills RPM and Les Mills Body Attack. She is also Red Cross certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
She has a passion for coaching group fitness to the individual and creating innovative and challenging free-style programming. Her energy and love for fitness is contagious.
When she is not in the studio, she enjoys hiking, running/ walking with friends, spending time with her four children and eating candy!
